OXYNOIA conduct various non – IT Engineering online training programs to improve the performance of candidates in technical interviews. Oxynoia organise the training programs in association with many of the esteemed establishments in our client list. So the curriculum is specialized for some particular industry and it varies frequently as per the job vacancies in our hand/expectation. Our job oriented training programs are guaranteed within the specified time limit and it’s duration of 3 to 4 months.
The entire syllabus divided into 12 modules and there will be an online test on every week. The candidate who passes in the weekly online test will go with the next module and who gets passed in the first 4 module will be eligible for Oxynoia’s client interviews. Oxynoia schedule interviews on the 5th week onwards of online training for the eligible candidates. Selection of Company and job location is the sole decision of candidates from Oxynoia’s pan India based client list and it is available only for the candidates who joined in the online course. The experienced candidates who joined Oxynoia’s Online Training can attend interviews immediately after language and eligibility test.
